We eat too much salt! Most Americans consume 8-9 grams daily on average. Essential for a balanced diet, salt, or sodium chloride, is nevertheless harmful when consumed in excess.

1: Use herbs and spices:
Tasting salt has become a reflex in our daily diet.

2: Reduce the hidden salt in foods:
Nearly 80% of the salt we eat is hidden in our foods. It is particularly found in ready meals, smoked products, charcuterie (salami, ham), the crackers or crisps, pastries or condiments (pickles, capers, etc …).

3: Read the labels on the package:
