“I’ve been on the hunt for a good leather midi skirt and this faux version (belt included) fit the bill. Here, I styled it with leather knee-high boots and a polo-type knit top, but I can’t wait to wear it with tees and tanks come spring and summer.” — Lauren Eggertsen, senior fashion editor

“This sweater doesn’t look nearly as cute on the hanger as it actually is. I suspected as much when I first saw it but was honestly shocked at just how chic it actually was when I put it on the first time. The sleeves are intricately perforated and slightly puffy, making it and elevated take on a basic black sweater. I also love the bell sleeve effect you get when you push the sleeves up a little bit.” — Courtney Higgs, associate beauty editor

“These pants are so comfortable. I would honestly compare it to wearing sweatpants, not for the cozy factor, but for the ease of moment and feeling like I could sleep in them. I love the belt detail, and find that the crop length is perfect for my 5’4” frame.” — Kat Collings, editor in chief

“The answer to my day-to-night dressing dilemmas have been solved with this seriously cute jumpsuit. The puff sleeves give it a chic, of-the-moment touch and the silhouette can easily be worn with flats, sandals, and heels alike. It’s super versatile and I always reach for it on those days when I have nothing to wear!” — Judith Jones, market editor

“I’ll start by saying that I loveeeee a good fweatshirt (fancy sweatshirt), and this tie-dye crewneck is so good. It’s lightweight, soft, and when I wore it with my favorite comfy pair of Agolde jeans, I pretty much felt like I was wearing PJs at work. (Never a bad thing, right?) Normally, I’d wear something like this with joggers or leggings on the weekends, but I also appreciate that it’s elevated and cute enough to wear to the office. (I also love the puffy sleeve and shoulder detail!) Per usual whenever I wear WWW Collection, I received about three compliments in the office kitchen while grabbing my morning coffee. (My fellow co-workers didn’t even realize it was WWW!)” — Erin Jahns, beauty editor

“I love jackets that you can wear all day as a top because they automatically give an outfit a structured and polished look. I’ll be wearing this to work so much moving forward.” — Nicole Eshaghpour, senior market editor

“I’ve had my eye on the long denim skirt trend that’s brewing and this one is so easy to wear (and the denim is extremely soft and comfortable). I love it with knee boots but I think it would look equally chic with a pair of platform sandals (a trend that’s going to be big this spring). Tip: The belt is removable, so you can swap it out with a leather one to get a different look.” — Allyson Payer, senior editor

“One emerging trend I’m really keen on is knit polo tops. After wearing all my sweaters to death over the past few months, this knitwear trend feels like a breath of fresh air and the perfect transition into spring while it still feels like winter. I’m so charmed by the details on this top, like the baby ruffle sleeves, pointelle open-knit texture and especially the gold closure.” — Anna LaPlaca, associate editor

“A leather blazer (like this faux version) is a key buy for spring—and one I’m already putting into heavy rotation. We really saw the trend explode on the S/S 20 runways with a focus on tailoring, interesting design details, and lightweight materials. I’m especially loving the voluminous sleeves on this blazer, which lend a sculptural quality to the piece.” — Kristen Nichols, managing editor
