On Hailey Bieber: Bottega Veneta coat and bag; The Row Zip-Up Boots ($1290). Ankle-grazing coats and duster jackets are part of Bieber’s go-to cold-weather attire and we can totally see why—the floor-length toppers instantly add polish to her ensembles and look cool while keeping her warm.
