Game of Thrones is the world’s most popular show. During the first episode of Season 7 alone, 16 million people tuned in to watch the fate of Westeros. Since the end of Season 7, viewers have plenty of time to theorize about a couple of the show’s major plot points before the next season debuts. One thing that’s on everybody’s mind: Who will kill Cersei Lannister?

There are a few theories floating around, and recently, Nikolaj Coster-Waldau, the actor who plays Jaime Lannister, weighed in with his opinion. Here’s a look at what he had to say.

1. The prophecy

In Episode 5 of Season 1, we learned Cersei’s prophecy, courtesy of Maggy the Frog. So far, everything’s come true: She was promised to Prince Rhaegar Targaryen as a young girl, but ended up marrying King Robert Baratheon after his rebellion and had three children, all of whom are now dead.

However, there’s a final line to the prophecy in George R.R. Martin’s A Song of Ice and Fire that includes: “And when your tears have drowned you, the valonqar [High Valyrian for ‘little brother’] shall wrap his hands about your pale white throat and choke the life from you.” If this line, like the rest of the prophecy, comes true, Tyrion or Jaime Lannister will have to kill Cersei.
