Penn State Frat suspended over Nude Pics on Facebook

In Harrisburg, Pennsylvania a Penn State Fraternity, Kappa Delta Rho, incurred a year suspension on Tuesday after police found that members used a private, invite only Facebook page to post pictures of nude and partially nude women, some of whom were passed out or sleeping. The investigation began after a former member of the frat revealed the page and provided printouts of it’s contents to police in January. Joe Rosenberg, the frat’s national executive director, informed Kappa Delta Rho in a letter that it would be suspended from most activities for the near future and must reorganize. Rosenberg declared the suspension was “for the most serious misconduct, most serious disregard of fraternity rules.”
