Corey Hamilton’s lawsuit against him was dismissed on Aug. 6, according to Charleston, S.C. documents obtained by Page Six on Tuesday. It cannot be refiled.
Conover, 29, was sued by Hamilton in April 2017 over an alleged incident that took place on April 28, 2014. Hamilton claimed that he was riding his bicycle when Conover struck him as he was backing out of his driveway.
Conover denied any wrongdoing in court documents filed in August 2017.
