Summer 2015: How to choose sunglasses?

A pair of sunglasses is an essential accessory of the season and the choice is not lacking among all the eye-wear collections of summer 2015. But the glasses you prefer aren’t always exactly what you should buy. To be sure that they are good enough to protect your eye form the sun, there are two or three things you need to know

Before buying sunglasses, you must first ensure that the glasses are of good quality. They must be certified 100% UV400 so that no ultraviolet ray reaches your retinas to damage them. Polarized lenses – that suppresses glare – is also encouraged, especially if you drive and / or going to the beach.

The next thing is to check the frame – make sure it does not hurt you and it stays in place. Glasses with too narrow bridges aren’t good, they make the nose pad hurt. And glasses with too wide bridges makes the nose pad sink down your nose.

Finally, having taken these into account, you must choose a frame with a good shape that suits you. If you have an oval face, good news! Round faces look great in rectangular glasses… choose from wide range and make sure they have good angles that suit you.

If you have a square face (or angular), it is advisable to go in for rounded frames, such as Wideside Tropical Cocktail House of Holland or Hanoi weekend Eye-wear Sunglasses Crap for example. Conversely, round faces will be highlighted with angular glasses such as Karen Walker, number in rectangular glasses or Rockstud home Valentino. Butterfly glasses (like Thierry Lasry Nymphomaniac pair) and half-rimmed glasses (such as Miu Miu Razor) are they recommended for triangular faces.
