Super Mario is going mobile

The app industry will be adding Nintendo onto it’s large list of app-makers, with Nintendo’s announcement that they will develop games for mobile devices. This is big news to players of popular games like Super Mario Bros, Mario Cart and Duck Hunt to name a few. The Nintendo company stated on Tuesday, that it is joining forces with online gaming company DeNA Co Ltd to create and operate gaming apps for smartphones. In addition, these two companies are launching an online members only service that can be accessed via mobile devices, as well as on Nintendo’s existing Wii U console and the portable 3DS later in the year.
