32% alcohol? A little more outrageous than I could imagine. We have seen beer ranging 3 – 7 % alcohol content, but this beer seems to the strongest out there.
Of course, you won’t expect anything less than this if a beer is barreled for more than 14 months and then frozen over and over again this is exactly what you get.
You should drink this beer slowly and easily the same way you would enjoy whiskey, and/or with some steak and your favorite music album, you can imagine the moment…
The Antarctic name, inducing schizophrenia, of this Ÿber-imperial stout, originates from the amount of time it spent exposed to extreme cold. This beer was initially double barrel aged for 14 months; maturing in the deep, rich oak of Scottish whisky casks. After this epic maturation, the beer was then frozen, then frozen again, then frozen again.
