People know how important it is to eat breakfast, yet far too many people skip it. A survey conducted by NPD Group in 2011 revealed that 1 in 10 Americans skip breakfast completely. A 2015 survey backed this up by revealing that over half of the country doesn’t eat breakfast on a regular basis. That’s a lot of people battling through mid-morning cravings.
